WRITE A NOTICE

Question

You work at the Hospitality Hotel, Bath Road, Harrogate, Yorkshire HG2 3NF. The manager is
Mr David Lloyd. The telephone number is 01423 505861 and the fax number is 01423 568534.
You suggest Mr Lloyd that it would be a good idea of security in a notice to be put in all
bedrooms. He looks at your notes and asks you to write a notice under your own name.

Here are is your notice:

We can not accept responsibility for thefts or for items lost/damaged. (Lock your room when you
go out.)

If guests have anything valuable or important – hand it in at reception – locked away in our safe.
(Only if staff members of Hospitality Hotel are negligent are we responsible.)

Outside doors are locked at 11 o’clock at night. If they forgot their key (guests are given a key
when they register) they should ring the bell which is to the right of the front door. (Some guests
have even left valuables and important documents in their cars!)
