The hiring into service is agreed under the following conditions:

1. Hiring starts from 16/2/2008;
2. Duties House Keeper;
3. The level will be A ;
4. With seniority level A for  months;
5. The trial period will be 8 days of actual work;
6. The working hours will be in full time cohabitation regime;
7. Worker will be wearing a work outfit, which will be provided by the employer.
8. The worker will enjoy weekly rest (art. 14 del CCNL) in 24 hours of Ssunday and for the
remaining 12 in Saturday.
9. Worker will paid with monthly minimum of 750 euro (per month)
10. The work performance will be carried out at the following address Roma – Via Olindo
Guerrini, 21
11. The worker will be given of annual leave:
 Enjoyed at the same time as the employer
 Agreed between the parties on April 2008
 Remains established in the following period.
12. From the date of 16/2/2008, the worker is admitted to family cohabitation at the employer’s
residence in Roma – Via Olindo Guerrini, 21;
13. The worker is assigned the following space for storage of personal belongings in Bedroom
with bed and wardrobe
14. These are the collective agreement mentioned above.
