“A RESOLUTION APPROVING LIGA ANNUAL BUDGET FOR FY 2018”

WHEREAS, Article XIII of the 2010 Constitution and By-Laws of the Liga ng mga
Barangay sa Pilipinas, mandating the Municipal Liga Chapter to collect the Annual
Membership dues from each Sangguniang Barangay throughout the Municipality of
Camiling, Tarlac every year, to the Liga ng mga Barangay Chapter for funding;

WHEREAS, the said Annual Dues will form part the Annual Budget of the Liga ng
mga Barangay of Camiling, Tarlac;

WHEREAS, the Liga Board of Directors have prepared the Annual Budget for CY
2018 compliant with the provisions of the Local Government Code of 1991 and its
implementing rules and regulations on barangay government budgeting and the same
was endorsed to the Committee on Finance;

NOW THEREFORE, in view of the foregoing premises, upon, motion made by

Hon. ___________________________, duly seconded be it;

RESOLVED as it is hereby RESOLVED to approve the 2018 Annual Budget of

the Liga ng mga Barangay Camiling Chapter for CY 2018;

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnish the all

concerned office for their information and appropriate action.

adopted and approved by the Liga ng mga Barangay – Camiling Chapter during its
