The undersigned Assistant City Prosecutor, upon sworn complaint originally filed by the
offended part, accuses NOEL G. MAGTANGGOL of the crime of THEFT, committed as follows:

That on or about January 2016, in the City of Manila, province of National Capital
Region, Philippines, within the jurisdiction of this court, the said accused, did then and there
willfully, unlawfully, and feloniously, with intent to gain and without consent of the owner thereof,
take, steal, and carry away the follwong personal property belonging to one, Pedro Gwapo, to
wit: one (1) black timex watch and one (1) Kipling walled of the total value of P15, 000.00
Philippine Currency.
