1. I usually isolate myself by withdrawing from my friends.
2. I've been expressing my negative feeling and getting comfort and
understanding from someone.
3. I always spend my time eating, sleeping and hanging on the internet
like watching shows or playing online games.
4. I’ve been doing relaxing activities such as meditating, sitting in nature
and listening to soft music.
5. I drink alcohol in order to get through it.
6. I've been concentrating my efforts on doing something about the
situation I'm in.
7. I point out the amusing aspects of my situation and make jokes about
it.
8. I engage in physical activities like exercising, running, walking, and
dancing
9. I've been trying to find comfort in my religion or spiritual beliefs
10. I’ve been blaming myself for things that happened.
