Online Learning

The change which has been observed in the acceptance of online learning is mainly due to
COVID 19. One thing we must understand that it is for mature learners. It is the learner’s
responsibility to be consistent and maintain discipline. It has its advantages and facts for its
users such as:

where distance and schedule make learning difficult, online learning allows students to
participate in active learning wherever they want.

2- Pause, rewind, and play

Online learning consists of virtual classrooms and can deliver its education 24 hours 7 days a
week. One of the main advantages is its any time any pace philosophy which allows its student
to continue during their daily routine and sometimes during the work also. The students have
access to lectures and contents. Students with slow learning can listen to lectures many times
for complete understanding.

Any idea which is to be taught has a certain sequence in which it is to be taught. That sequence
is followed in any online instructions.

To avoid gaps in learning early detection must be ensured through instant feedback in online
learning.

The beauty of online learning is that through LMS students put their questions on a discussion
board and other students ask theirs before reading previous queries. And instructor replies
accordingly. So, there is a combined effort to understand a topic along with the equal
opportunity for every student.

Students learn how to effectively perform dialog and at the same time respect other's opinions
too.

In online learning a student reply to the quiz and write his opinion against other students comments for
any topic according to his understanding. That starts a conversation within the group. This helps to
further understand a topic with each students unique contribution.

 Irrespective of individual abilities all students have equal opportunities to express their opinion, access
the material and ask for any help from trainer or forum.In contrast to the traditional classroom where
personal prejudice arise somehow due to color, language or appearance.
