WHO WANTS TO BE A MILLIONAIRE?

American Classroom Customs
1. If the teacher asks a question, you are expected to give an answer. If you do not understand the question, you should
raise your hand and ask the teacher to repeat the question. If you do not know the answer, it is all right to tell the teacher

door of your dreams.

Thanksgiving is celebrated in the USA and Canada. In The USA, it is celebrated on the fourth Thursday in November
every year. The Canadians celebrate it on the second Monday in October. It is associated with giving thanks to God. In
