Preview – opens up a preview of the default layout of the document that is open
Email – opens up the email window to send the default layout of the document that is
open (requires set up for Outlook or SBO Mailer)
SMS – opens up sms window to send the default layout of the document that is open
(requires set up)
Fax – opens up the fax window to send the default layout of the document that is open
(requires set up)
Excel – allows the user to export the open window (report, search result, document) as a
.TXT or excel document. The type of file and area the document is saved to is defaulted to
the General Settings Path settings but can be changed by the user, depending on their IT
authorisation in the network (NB: this is not a SAP authorisation)
Word – allows the user to export the open window (report, search result, document) as
word document. The type of file and area the document is saved to is defaulted to the

PDF – allows the user to export the open window (report, search result, document) as a
PDF document. The area the document is saved to is defaulted to the General Settings

Find – if blue and ticked, the window mode is changed to the ‘find’ mode
Add – if white/red and ticked, the window mode is changed to the ‘add’ mode
Back one – goes to the previous document number for the document that is open
Forward one – moves to the next document number for the document that is open
Filter – if available, it opens up a window in which the search results window that is open
can be filtered
Source Document – if available, it opens up the document that is the source of the
document that is open (e.g. Sales Order for a Sales Delivery or Invoice)
Target Document – if available, it opens up the document that is the target of the
document that is open (e.g. Sales Invoice for a Sales Order or Delivery)
Gross Profit – if available it shows gross profit on the document that is open; it offers the
option of choosing between multiple methods of calculation

Weight & Volume calculation – where available and item weight/volume details have
been stored in the SAP standard fields, this opens up a window that will calculate weight
and/of volume of the items in the document that is open
Journal Entry Preview – option to preview the journal entry for the document that is
open
Layout & Designer – opens the window with the available layouts for the document that is
open; users with the applicable authorisations can use the window to change default
layouts for users and/or business partners or drill down to the Layout & Design manager
where layouts can be edited, added or removed
Document Settings – opens a window where the visible columns in the document that is
open can be changed
Query Manager – opens the window with an overview of all queries available
Workflow Overview – when Workflow is set up, opens up to the workflow linked to the
document that is open
Message & Alert – opens a window with all available messages and alerts

Calendar – opens up the calendar of a user or a group of users (requires set up and
authorisation)
Default Branch Selection – user can allocate default branch (requires multiple branches
are set up)
Help – Links to topical or general help information – may require internet connection
Cockpit Management – allows user to manage their cockpit view; requires set up,
authorisation and application of Cockpit in SAP
Apply original Cockpit Template – returns the cockpit to the default set-up; requires set
up, authorisation and application of Cockpit in SAP
