For the activities as supervisors that we must carry out and take into account, they are explicit tasks

that we must carry out in the work in which we are working, we must be aware of each of the

activities and that they are carried out in the appropriate way and with the elements and materials

necessary, Verify the work execution schedule presented by the contracting company, in this case

marval sa, for this we must also verify compliance with current regulations on the issue of safety for

construction workers, as well as regulations current labor and environmental. In order to achieve the

efficiency of each of the activities that we are going to carry out daily.

The work supervisor tasks are multiple, and to carry them out, depending on the complexity of the

work, it may be required that we as work supervisors be carried out by a whole team in conjunction

with those in charge. In these cases, it would be the Supervisor of the work, the person in charge, the

teacher and each of the people who are formed to perform each of the required functions.

For this, supervision is very important and one of the responsibilities of each of us is to inform the

director of the work, its progress and keep him informed of some details that are required to be

followed up and executed.
