1. Is the bill of rights different from constitutional rights? Why? Or Why not?
2. Today, individuals’ privacy is much more guarded compared to previous times. Why
or Why not?

Answers:

1. No, because the constitution describes each of the roles and responsibilities of the
arms of the government and citizens while the Bill of rights describes the rights and
freedom of the people. The constitution limits the power of the government while the
Bill of Rights grants authority to the people.
2. Yes, because today we have a law the individual privacy unlike before was not strict
about individual privacy. Today, they secured the individual’s privacy is much more
guarded compared to previous times.
