1) Revise plural and singular forms with students with a short
movie “Minions”. Remind students that plural objects take
Instructions: on the plural form of “be” (i.e. are) and singular objects take
on the singular form of “be” (i.e. is).
Activity 1 1) Listening activity using PowerPoint.
Students in pair do janken to decide the order. The winner
describes the object on the big screen, the looser listens and
draws (vice versa).

Activity 2 1) Give worksheet out to students.

2) Monitor student progress and give feedback.
2) Check answers.

Comments: 1. Students may have difficulties with some words during the
PowerPoint activity. Endeavor to the students a chance to practice
during the answer session.
2. With weaker students, you may need to go through difficult
vocabulary in the worksheet first before giving them the worksheet.
