The contents (date, route, flight numbers, air fare and official passport name(s) of passengers as shown in the booking) need to correspond exactly with
your booking request. If this is not the case, please contact us immediately on the same day the reservation has been made.
If we do not hear from you, the reservation will be confirmed according to the change and cancellation conditions applicable as communicated.

If you have a hotel reservation, then this has been confirmed, guaranteeing your arrival.
If you wish to cancel or change a confirmed hotel reservation, it is urgent that you notify our office as soon as possible. In the event of a no-show at the
hotel, a cancellation fee will be charged. If you are not able to contact us, please contact the hotel directly to cancel or change your reservation. Please
record their cancellation number.
**Please note that it is a legal requirement under the 1972 Immigration act for hotels to get passport/home address details for travellers from non-
commonwealth Countries**
