Victor St., Pio del Pilar, Makati City SUSPECTS: SYNOPSIS: On August 03, 2021 at around 2:00 o'clock in the afternoon, | went to EastWest Bank in Metropolitan Avenue, Makati to withdraw money over-the-counter that | will be Using in leaving Metro Manila for my piano performance in Cebu City. | parked my car at the west wing of the parking space of the bank. My transaction with the bank ended at around 3:00 o'clock in the afternoon. | walked out of the bank and went ‘straight to the parking space where | parked my car. | am already beside my car and was about to open ‘the door for me to get in when a tall dark man approached me from behind and thrusted a knife on the left side of my abdomen. He told me not to shout or scream otherwise he will kill me. He demanded that | give him my bag and my jewelries. | begged him not to hurt me and to just take the money and leave the important documents that | will be needing for my flight the next day. But my plead to him fell on his deaf ear, instead he forcibly grabbed my shoulder bag. The tall, dark man also grabbed my left hand and forcibly tried to take the diamond ring in my left ring finger. He was not able to pull the Ting in his first attempt. | resisted and fought him so he slashed and hacked my left hand using his knife to get the ring. When he was able to take out the ring from my left hand, he immediately boarded the standby getaway motorcycle which is Yamaha motorcycle color red and black combination bearing plate number ABC4567 driven by another man and they sped away from the parking. The suspects were able to take my shoulder bag which is a Coach bag worth Php50,000.00 and the items inside are: (i) cash money amounted to Php60,000.00 i) 1 unit iPhone 12 worth Php45,000.00 i) 1 iPad worth Php35,000.00 (iv) 1/Nintendo Switch worth Php15,000.00(v) pair of wireless earphones(iPod) worth Php3,000.00 (vi) passport (vil) fight ticket, (vill) concert ticket, (x) wallet with valid IDs, ATM Cards, Credit Cards, and (x) _ other Important document; and (x) all my jewelry set, to wit, diamond earrings, gold necklace and gold bracelet worth (One-Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php100,000.00) The suspects were also able to take my dlamond ring that | was wearing which is 1 carat worth Ninety Thousand Pesos (Php80,000.00). I screamed and the guard rushed to me. He then went after the motorcycle but he was not able to chase them. | felt dizzy and my left hand was bleeding and in so much pain. The fishball vendor rushed to me and offered to bring me in the hospital. | was brought to Makati Medical Center by the fishball vendor using my car. ‘The nurses attended to me and conducted x-ray on my hand. Meanwhile, police officers came to the Makati Medical Center and interviewed me about the incident reported to them by the guard of EastWest Bank. | gave my statement and narrated what happened. The police officers told me that they will conduct investigation and informed me that | willbe invited in the police station after my hospitalization so | can give my statement and | can identify the potential suspects based on their compilation of photos and profiles of individuals with police records. They then left the hospital. The doctor arrived and after he examined me and the MRI result, he informed me that the nerves in my left hand were severely damaged and I needed to undergo surgery.
