Sub:- Discounting Proceeds to be transfer to our Account with BOI

Dear Sir,

We are regularly submitting our export bills for discounting. We have export packing credit
outstanding with bank of india which need to be liquated from export discounting on ongoing
basis. We hereby request you to transfer the INR funds to our account number with bank of
india for EPC liquidated as and when the bills are discounted. We are enclosing herewith
cancelled cheque.
