PURPOSE:

We submitted the case for a US $ 5.7million LC line in favor of PETROCAM. The file
has been declined as presented.
On this after discussion with the client, we agreed on another structure that would
better secure the Bank.

THE TRANSACTION:

This is a multiple credit facility of US $ for a total amount of US $ 10.7million


details as follow:

 Invoice discounting line of US$ 5million : to discount TOTAL, ENGEN


and COBIL invoices.
Indeed , the avoid the performance risk from PEROCAM DRC , theur
parent company will prefinance the cargo to sold to the three major
marketers (TOTAL,ENGEN and COBIL) and the invoices will be
discount at 80% as requested by the customr

 Back to back 90days deferred LC line of US$5.7million :

PETROCAM signed a contract for importation of fuel with PTROCAM


DRC. Indeed thanks to PETRCAM DRC benefits from the best prices
thanks to the partnerships of its parent company with refineries such as
LUKOIL. This is how, in view of the prices offered, SONAHYDROC had
an agreement for the supply of 10,000MT during one year.
This will be in-house LC because SONAHYDROC has an approved LC
line of US$9.9million.

Conclusion

Our goal is to reestablish the big volume with PETROCAM and recover the
volume that goes through the STANDARD BANK. These facilities will increase
the volume from US $ 1.2million to US $ 5million per month.
