As the academic year has already started, connections and relationships have been quite
challenging to maintain in these times of pandemic, more especially to students that
highlights the importance of interaction to optimize their best potentials. With this being
said, the Bicol University Junior Marketing Association (BUJMA) still wants to provide
students with best opportunities in this entire academic year regardless of this new set-up.

In view of this, the BUJMA will be holding another virtual General Assembly for the 1 st
Semester - Academic Year 2021-2022 entitled “MM ENCOUNTER : one Movement, one
Marketero” via Google Meet on November 6, 2021, 1:00 p.m. with the theme “Reaffirming
Collective Commitment in the New Normal.” This is an annual activity that has been
participated by the student members of the BUJMA. However, for this year’s assembly, we
will be inviting all the members of the partner schools of BUJMA nationwide.

In relation with these, we write this letter to formally invite you to attend the upcoming
Virtual General Assembly. Furthermore, we would also want to notify you that you have a
relevant part in the event. We have attached the program of activities in this letter for your
reference.
