Updates to Existing DRE: Registration - Generate license certificate letter: - pass

 Update criteria to remove Registration Type - Self Certified Professional and Peer Reviewer -
this DRE should no longer fire for these license types
Create new DRE for Self Certified Professional and Peer Reviewer using the same criteria and
actions as the above DRE (but reg. type only for SCP and PR) -pass

 Add Letter template from above to trigger under this DRE. The letter is specific to SCP and PR
is why we are creating new DRE.

 For the email, a new template should be configured. The template design can be found
below
o Name: SHPE_REGISTRATION_REG APPROVED EMAIL -template pass
 o Enhanced Letterhead: PSB Footer - pass
o Subject: Your Registration has been Approved -pass
 Certificate will attach to the email and be sent to Licensee. - pass
Checking for: ICC CEU and Course number
Two additional fields also need to be added to the class object:
ICC CEUs (Number 17,1)
Course Number (Number 18,0)

Page Layout and other field details can be seen in DEVR01, where this was prototyped.

This will allow the course number and applicable ICC CEUs to populate correctly on the certificate.
