Automobile Explained

Automobile explained aims to solve the pain points which a working people living
in Tier 1 cities who have personal vehicles. Theses working class people finds it
very difficult to take their vehicles to showroom for servicing. Additionally, Covid
has also stopped them from visiting mechanics to service their vehicle.
There will be around 1.08 crore vehicles in Bengaluru by 2022 which is our pilot
city. It is expected that around 74.95 lakhs bikes and 20.96 lakhs cars will be
roaring on the streets by then. On an average, a Bengaluru resident spends
around Rs. 2000 for servicing of his/her vehicle.
Automobile explained will be bringing the network of mechanics, networks of
spare parts producers and the network of vehicle owners together so that they
can interact with each other and co-create value. By doing this it will become a
network orchestrator.
The customer segment for the app will be the vehicle owners in tier 1 cities. To
them we will be delivering our services by providing them personalized servicing
and care to their vehicles. We will also provide spare parts to them at affordable
rate. Even if you are stranded on a highway and your vehicle breaks down, you
can access our mechanics. They get access to our network of spare producers so
that they can get customized spare parts to their vehicles also. The value delivery
network will be mobile application and website platform.
To our service providers i.e. mechanics and spare parts producer they will get
more customer and hence can generate more revenues.
The app itself satisfies all the three trinity i.e.
1. It has desirability. Even with Covid or No Covid, these working
class people were not getting time for proper maintenance of
their vehicle. Now even if you are in office or at home, you can
call the mechanic and he will solve the problem at your basement
2. It has Feasibility- These apps can be designed which can have
data about your vehicle to find out possible flaws or
malfunctioning. It can connect vehicle owners and service
provider.
3. It has viability- Around Rs. 2000 is spent on maintenance of
vehicle in Bengaluru. The number of vehicle is going to increase
to 1.02 Crores.

Apart from that our app can help you track your green house emission from your
bike. It will also help you to find the best route through in built GPS as well as will
help you to find the parking from the 11 parking lot in Bengaluru.

The revenue stream will be generated through the fee levied on both the
mechanic as well as vehicle owners. Additional revenue streams include
advertisement from automobile sector. The data collected from the vehicle
owners is also a potential revenue stream for targeted advertisement.
