 Leading a team of food technologist/chemist overseeing areas of quality control, quality assurance,
food safety, hygiene, and pest control functions.
 Establishing and maintaining the direction of QA department liaising with stakeholders to achieve
organizational objectives.
 Investigating and resolving customer and consumer complaints as well as internal quality and food
safety failures.
 Validation, verification and approval of all new process, lines, and equipment.
 Identifying staffs training needs, planning, and executing staffs’ competence development program.
 Planning and executing internal audit program and ensuring CAPA are implemented in timely
