food safety, hygiene, and pest control functions.

Investigating and resolving customer and consumer complaints as well as internal quality and food
safety failures.
Validation, verification and approval of all new process, lines, and equipment.
Identifying staffs training needs, planning, and executing staffs’ competence development program.
Planning and executing internal audit program and ensuring CAPA are implemented in timely
manner
Leading the HACCP studies to onsite to develop and maintain HACCP plans.
Monitoring quality and food safety performance of the site through period data analysis and
trending. Initiating long term actions to bring continual improvement.
