In continuation with the Order No. PGS/676 dated 28/02/2020 and upon the request made
by the Department of Higher & Technical Education, Govt. of Maharashtra, vide letter No.
the
Meeting-2021/P.K.137/VISHI-3 dated 30/06/2021 regarding concession in the fees against
backdrop of COVID-19 situation, the proposal for reduction in fees was placed before the
meeting held on 26/06/2021 and constituted a Committee under the chairmanship of member of
Management Council Prin. Sudhakar Jadhavar. The committee submitted its report along with
details for reduction of fees. The Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor has accepted the committee report and
Accordingly, I am directed to inform you that, the reduced fees to various courses shall be
made applicable by the University Departments, affliated colleges and recognized institutions of
the University for the academic year 2021-22 only, as mentioned in the Appendix 'A', attached
herewith.

Appendix A
1 100% fees should be waived for the students who,
unfortunatcly, have lost their father or
mother or both parents due to COVID infection
during the COVID-19 pandemic.
2 For rest of the admitted students, following plan for the reduction in fees (for the academic
year-2021-22) should be considered.

The recommended chart for reduction in fees should be considered on the following terms
and conditions:
1 The reduction in fees is applicable only for the academic year 2021-22.
2 Even for paying the reduced fees, the respective colleges or institutions may allow the poor
and needy students to pay the fees in installments after taking their written applications.
3 The colleges who have published:
physically.
6 Optimistically, if the pandemic situation normalises soon and students are allowed to attend
the colleges physically, the proportionate fee component under different heads as mentioned
