of Hybrid Corn

Purpose of the policy:

The Policy of limiting the breeding of corn is a precautionary action in response to the rising overabundance of hybrid
corn in the state of Arizona. Given that there is an unrestrained rapid growth of Hybrid Corn, this policy will prevent the
invasive dispersion of the hybrid crop until further scientific studies indicate that it is safe for human consumption and in
order to ensure that it will not have a negative effect to the environment. Farmers or organizations who are involved in
the cultivation of hybrid corns will be obliged to limit the development and production of the said crop in order to regulate
its population. With the support of proper ordinance and cooperation from the citizens who produces the hybrid corn, this
policy will be beneficial to the environment since there are still not enough scientific basis to verify its environmental
benefits and detriments.

Economic Rationale:
To limit the corn breeding, the necessary components must first be established:
 Legal indication of agreement from the farmers or organizations to bey the policy
 Equipment to aid the regulation of the hybrid corn
 A research team that will provide scientific basis for the precautionary action of limiting hybrid corns for
environmental safety
 Support from the local authorities
Local authority cooperation must be mandated ahead of time to ensure that local citizens adhere to the policy of limiting
hybrid corn cultivation. Once a formal agreement regarding the policy has been established between those responsible
for the production of hybrid corn, a research team will present factual scientific evidence as to how it can benefit the
environment until further studies show that the hybrid corn will not cause damage to the environment. The hybrid corn
producers will then be introduced to an equipment that can help regulate the population growth of the hybrid corn.

Factors to help limit the population growth of the hybrid corn:

 Isolated plantation
 Fertilizers that are rich in Nitrogen and Phosphorus
 Manipulation of light quantity and light exposure
 Light, temperature, water, humidity, and nutrient modulation

Plant growth and development are heavily influenced by the combination and concentration of mineral nutrients in the
soil. The environment has a significant impact on plant growth and regional spread. Any adverse environmental
circumstance limits a plant's growth and propagation. These factors can be helpful in regulating the population of the
hybrid corn.

Effects on Supply:
Since the production of the hybrid corn will be limited, the flow of the economy in terms of price and supply will be
affected. There is a relationship between the price of a good and the quantity that people are ready to spend and able to
manufacture it under the Law of Supply, which means that there is a direct relationship between the price and the
supply. If a product's price rises, more suppliers will be prepared to supply it, and vice versa. Therefore, once the hybrid
corn production decreases, the price will decrease as well. This circumstance will affect the supply curve.

Advantages and Disadvantages of the policy:
One of the advantages could be that the corn will become a solution that can end world hunger due to its unique
characteristics that it can basically grow in any soil, but due to some researches and pillages that can happen to
certain wheat and rice farms. These arrangement would not fair influence one store or maybe it empowers
various stores to take an interest in this approach. Whereas holding up for other arrangements to emerge, doing
this arrangement will make beyond any doubt that the neighborhood government seem do more investigate to
control the populace of crossover corns.

Basically, its disadvantages would be to make our world a chaotic place once we start to get sick of the said corn,
wherein we are desperate for another kind of product that would fill our bellies and such which would reshape the
society we live in. There would be people who would love the corn and keep reproducing it for their families and
friends who would not have any side effects on it, but there will always be some who would be affected as well
like food companies that will affect their products being sold from the society, therefore making it into an
unpredictable environment. Other clients can be doubtful since there's still an on-going think about in terms of the
wellbeing suggestions of eating crossover corn and there may be alter of inclination and taste of customers.

Due to the policy, there will be a decrease in the supply of the hybrid corn, therefore, the prices will increase as
well due to the law of demand that shows the inverse relationship of the quantity supply and the cost of a good or
service. Since there will be a limitation of the production regarding the hybrid corn, there will also be a decrease
in the labor demand which is affecting the unemployment rate in the society. The policy serves as a
precautionary action in order to ensure the safety of the environment and the consumers of the hybrid corn.
Thus, it will benefit the citizens and the environment until further research proves that the hybrid corn is safe to
consume and will not harm the environment.

Implications if not followed:

Without following the said policy, the said corn has its advantages and disadvantages, in due time the corn would really
affect the balance of the world we live in today. Would accumulate a lot of problems that it can easily override the
advantages it gives to the society. We can never ignore the negative outcomes that the said corn can do to our life.
Ignoring the disadvantages would wreak havoc to our society and would affect a lot of people on their businesses or
their daily lives.
