Action: Our Clinical Health Instructor assigned us the responsibility of tallying and
collating the survey form, as well as making the visual aids/PowerPoint presentation,
on this day. To begin the assignment, we held a video call conference with all the group
members to tally and collect the overall findings of the survey forms.

Reflection: I discovered that several potential risks and hazards could pose a threat to
the families' current health and well-being. Overall, many family members do not
exercise and engage in vices such as smoking and drinking alcohol. Animals, rubbish,
and the drainage system could all have a negative impact on their health. As a result, as
a nursing student, we addressed these issues and concerns with nursing interventions
such as health education to improve the patient's comfort and health outcomes.

Faith: 1 Thessalonians 5:1-3

Now as to the times and the epochs, brethren, you have no need of anything to be
written to you. For you yourselves know full well that the day of the Lord will come just
like a thief in the night. While they are saying, “Peace and safety!” then destruction will
come upon them suddenly like labor pains upon a woman with child, and they will not
escape.

Action: Our duty as student nurses is to promote wellness and sickness prevention via
health education and health teachings, as well as to give comfort and care through
sensitive nursing care interventions. Individuals, groups, families, and the community's
needs and concerns are identified.
