Recall an experience from your past where you were put in a hard situation. Recall how you were able to
get through that experience and cite or apply the methods of philosophy ( Yin and Yang) where you can say
that the experience lead to wisdom and truth.

As discussed in the previous sections, critical thinking and logic are important tools to distinguish facts from
opinions. An opinion can be a belief or judgment that rests on grounds insufficient to produced complete
certainty. It is a personal view, attitude, or appraisal or personal feelings. Asking relevant questions,
assessing arguments and statements, looking for evidence to support assumption and beliefs, and deciding
rationally what to believe or not are important to evaluate opinions.
The following are exercises to evaluate opinions:
1. Determine the premise and conclusion of the following quotes. Underline the conclusion twice.
