Subject: NOC Process for tenant shifting IN/OUT.

Dear Owners/Residents,

In view of critical observations made pertaining to tenants, the society in coordination with PCMA
will be implementing the below process for movements of tenants IN/OUT going ahead. Please find
below the change in process pertaining to obtaining NOC by the owners for tenant movements.

1. All owners who wish to lease out their flat are mandatorily required to submit the details of
their tenants to PCMA. The owners need to just send a request email
to palava.services@pcma.in. They will receive an auto generated email with a google form
link to fill in the details of the tenants. Please copy the society as well at
regalia.lsg@gmail.com
2. This activity is managed by a central team of Palava and the residents can follow-up on the
palava.services@pcma.in email ID.
3. Once all details are furbished (Google form is filled) within 7 Working Days, the owner will
either receive the NOC copy or a rejection email.
4. Only Post verification and approval from PCMA the owner needs to make an agreement
copy and submit the same to society office as per guidelines sent on 29 th Aug 2021 by the
society.
5. Without approval from PCMA, society will not be issuing permission to any owners for
moving their tenants into the Regalia cluster.
6. Post approval from the society the tenants can move IN and our security would assist in the
movement.

Kindly understand that recently there have been cases of inappropriate tenants moving from one
cluster to another in the township which has resulted in unacceptable behaviors from the tenants
and trouble to residents. Hence keeping in view of having a more robust process in place for tenant
verification, above method is proposed and needs to be implemented. We request all owners and
residents to understand the importance of this process and abide by the same so as to enable least
inconvenience to residents staying here.
