On October 30th, at 8:52 pm, I placed an order at Subway location 19191 N. Kelsey St.

, Monroe
Washington. At this hour, most of the Subways were closed but this location, located inside of
Walmart, clearly stated that they were open until 10 PM. I submitted my order and promptly
received a confirmation email from SUBWAY® stating the order was received and my pick up time
that I had requested was 9:45 PM. At 9:30 PM, I received an additional email from SUBWAY® re-
confirming that my SUBWAY® order will be ready at 9:45 for pick up and they hope that I am
hungry.

So, with a family full of hunger, I went in to get my order at 9:45. I was met by four employees at
the front till who told me I had ordered outside of business hours and they would not honor my
order. I was, however, charged for the order and I’ve never received a refund or compensation. I
was told there was no manager available for this location with whom to speak and I needed to go
online and figure out what to do myself. They could not help me.

I frequent Subway for my family quite often, though most of the time I’ve gone to other locations
and I’ve never had an issue like this before. My family and I are loyal patrons and we do not wish
for that to change. I am writing in hopes of this situation being rectified.
