The Academic Council of the University in its meeting held on 13.09.2021 deliberated on the matter of reopening of the university campus for students in the light of guidelines vide Letter No. F,60/DDMA/COVI-19/2021/463 dated 30.08.2021 issued from Delhi Disaster Management Authority The following decisions were taken keeping the health and safety of the students on top priority: 1. The university campus shall be opened for the Ph.D. scholars, who. are due to submit their thesis on or before 31 December, 2021. x The final year/semester students may attend clinical and practical classes offline from the month of November, 2021 in limited number subject to the adherence to COVID-19 health & hygiene protocols. IE TEACHING = AND EXAMINATION = FORALL UNDERGRADUA’ POST-GRADUATE = AND DIPLOMA, PROGRAMS SHALL CONTINUE TO BE CONDUCTED THROUGH ONLINE MODE TILL FURTHER ORDERS. 4. The Hostel facilities shall remain suspended till further orders. . The departmental library facility will be opened for Ph.D. and Final year/scmester students on production of their latest negative RT-PCR report/vaccination certificate. \au- ‘Contd. on page-2os 6. It is advised to all students, teachers, administrative and support staffs to get themselves vaccinated at the earliest and strictly follow the guidelines on COVID-19 appropriate behaviour. 7.
