NOTICE

Subject: Preventive measures in order to contain the spread of COVID-19

pandemic in the Country- Extension of lock down period upto 30th June
2020 in containment zone and to re-open prohibited activities in a
phased manner in areas outside Containment Zones- reg

Order No: 40-3/2020-DM-I(A) Dated 30th May 2020 and 1st May 2020 of Union Home
Secretary, MHA, are enclosed with the notice which are self-explanatory for compliance by
all the employees of NIT Agartala till further notice.

1. As far as possible the practice of Work from Home (WfH) should be followed and
whenever there is a need to be physically present in the Institute, the employees
would be required to do so. However, the employees should always be available on
mobile/email. (Copy enclosed)

2. Administrative personnel/staff members will remain present in the office as per

the order of the MHA. (Copy enclosed)

3. All other Essential Services like medical, electricity, water, housekeeping, security
etc. will continue to work normally as per the order of the MHA. (Copy enclosed)

4. All other relevant guidelines regarding COVID-19 should also be adopted in true
spirit.
