Reading is to our mind what exercise is to our body.

A good book along with a coffee is


one of my favorite ways to spend my free time.
I first became interested in reading when I was very young and my parents read
bedtime stories to me, then, when older, I began to choose what I kind of books I
wanted as well as to read them on my own. I still have lots of collections from this time
like the “Geronimo Stilton” series.
Besides being extremely relaxing I find reading the best way to learn new things about
subjects I am interest about, and it has noticeable benefits such as improving our
memory, enriching our vocabulary and making us better writers. It is also a great way
to spend time with ourselves.
I encourage everyone to find the genre they most enjoy and fall in love with reading as
I have done.
