Manager – HR & Training

Educational Qualification:
* BBA & MBA & Masters in HRM from any reputed university of Bangladesh.
Experience:
* 05 years of job experience as a HRM manager & training specialist in reputed companies.

Essential requirements for the position on behavioral and act basis:

* Adequate knowledge on HR policies and practices
* Strong communication and networking skill
* Sound interpersonal and leadership skill
* Good knowledge on Labor laws and labor rules.
* Ability to train and hiring candidates following the company’s requirement,
* Sound capability to motivate and leading employees,
* Experienced in handling Labor or employees related issues,
* Sound knowledge on social compliances and have the mindset to adjust issues accordingly,
* High level of knowledge on enhancing employees performance and skill,
* Good responsiveness toward complex job environment,
* Ability to develop employees’ work efficiency and performance through techniques.
