Moiraine Merrilin

Id like to see more (Combat/Exploration/Roleplaying) opportunities in general

Id like to see less (Combat/Exploration/Roleplaying) opportunities in general

As far as a split between the three pillars above I think that you did a fairly
good job of splitting time between them. For me personally I like Combat and
Roleplaying more than Exploration. Usually tho you did not make us explore just to
take time up; it usually accompanied a skill challenge or two which are fun.

I think my character is good at ______ and would like more opportunities to explore
That

I think one thing that would have been quite fun and that Moiraine would have been
good at would be solving a mystery. Like the kind of mystery they do at dinner
theatre. Could be a murder but would not have to be. Investigating and finding out
some secrets would be fun leading up to a big reveal.

Id like to see more of these NPCs/factions in the future

Id Like to see less of these NPCs/factions in the future

For NPC's I think there were a good mix. Looking back I would say that a lot of the
NPC's that were leaders in their communities were very similar. It might have been
fun for one of the smaller cities to have a silly leader.

Goals Id like my character to accomplish

Redemption for her mistakes is probably the biggest. I think on a more vain side
she would also like to consider herself as famous in some regards. People telling
stories of Remember that one time Moiraine did....

Things that would interest my character as plot hooks

I tend to like progressing the main story and defeating the ultimate villian. But I
am not beyond taking a number of small detours and doing something fun. Not really
much to add here in terms of things we were not presented with.

Rewards id like to see (magic items, titles, access to things, abilities, skills,
treasure etc)

I think that personalized magic items are the most memorable. Giving a character
something that just makes them better at what they do best. Now on the other hand
if you had handed out things that were just generically strong I am a strong
believer that items with innate passive bonuses can be just very powerful. Things
like Ring of Protection are just strong in general for that reason.

I think as far as titles it was more of a joke but I think something like being the
Captain of a ship is/was quite fun.
Would you like more structure to an overall plot or more opportunity to just
explore the universe

I prefer the type of game that has a strong overall plot that can be subdivided
into smaller equally strong plots. That gives the characters a chance to complete
small goals on the way to the final goal.

But with that being said I want the backstory that we create together to have an
impact on the world. I want to have my character be able to make any choice; with
the understanding that some choices have consequences.

I thought you did a good job of this. Some PC's were more interested in bringing
their backstory into the campaign and really making that a focus and some were not.

I would like to overcome the following challenges or monsters

I would say that coming to a positive conclusion to Lomax is the challenge I would
most want to overcome. It would be a really good way to track Moiraine's growth
into wanting to be better.

A basic Adventure Id like to go on would be ..(infiltrating an enemy base,

defending an orphanage, rescuing a captive, procuring alliance with another
kingdom/faction etc.

I think that adventures that force the team to work together are what I would say
here. One thing about these characters and the way we played thru them is that in
some ways they are not the most cohesive bunch. I can take my share of the blame
for that. But I like when we work together more than having to compete against
eachother.

A type of NPc my character would be interested in getting to know(Old sage, Street

kid thief, kindly librarian, etc)

I think one NPC that would be quite fun to have as part of a small quest would be
the perceived crazy person that in the end was actually correct the whole time and
just no one believed them.

Do you want more/less/about the same amount of side adventures like fishing, yospip
games etc

I think that some side quest stuff is fine. Especially as fill when a PC is unable
to make the session. I think there was a fairly good mix this campaign.

General feedback that isnt covered above

I tried to go back and look to see if you mentioned this at the beginning of the
campaign in the post you made on Roll20 but I could not find that page so if you
did then this is more on me I guess but I feel that the level progression in this
game has been slower than I would have preferred. I think going into a game with
the knowledge of what kind of level the characters will be at the end is helpful
for me since I like to think ahead about things. I keep notes and so from my count
we have had over 80 sessions and we are only level 7.

Other than that I think you have done a great job of running this campaign. You
have given us a large amount of freedom to make different choices and dive deep
into roleplaying amongst ourselves. Having those choices have consequences is also
great.
