Domain 1: Planning and Preparation
Ms. Mortimer consistently showed exceptional knowledge of content, pedagogy and
standards, and was able to plan instruction and assessment that me the needs of her
individual students. She used a variety of resources and instructional strategies.
Domain 2: The Classroom Environment
Ms. Mortimer created a classroom environment that provided excellent opportunity for
development of the whole child. She used effective classroom management strategies and
routines to keep the class running smoothly. She developed an excellent rapport with her
students and provided a safe and equitable environment for all

Ms. Mortimer consistently created engaging lessons that offered effective instructional strategies
and developmentally appropriate activities for her students. She provided helpful feedback and was
