Title : Work Stress Among Teacher Education with Respection Their Teaching and Gender

Writer : Revati Ratrao

1. Introduction
Stress is common in the world of day-to-day activities, and is not something strnge to our
daily life anymore. The word ‘stress’ possess its originality and psychological its goals, gender
is dtermined soially; it is the societal meaning assigned to male and famale.
2. Objectives
 To study the perception of teacher in relation to job satisfaction w.r.t. education
level
 To study teacher experiences at work for experience vs freshers
 To measure teaching profession stress and fulfilment
3. Problem Statement
 It was earlier believed that the teachers are innate
 In today’s competitive world, maintenance of mental and physical health is also
essential for maintain the consistency of high job perfomance
 School are the nurseries of the kingdom and teachers are the architects of the
destiny
 Teachers play an exceptonally erucial position in supplying the support and direction
to those scholars who want to discover their own way in today’s world and society
4. Implications
 It is considered up to 5 years teaching experience as a budding phase in the teaching
profession whereas above 5 years experience in the teaching profession is supposed
to be called are experienced teacher that understand each bounce and fall in
teaching life
 The teacher are stressed because of more work the advantages of academic
freedom is easily excedeed by the job stress.
 A study to explore the most prevalent coping strategis among teacher education is
suggested.
5. Suggestions
 Employee work perfomance is an important issue in today’s competitive
environment.

 Indian higher education is facing several chalanges and the situation is desperate

6. Conclusion of the study
 Both woman and men teachers found teaching as enjoying, fulfilling and proud
profession, yet stress is eviden as teaching is demanding and taxing job. However,
people of both genders world like to continue to work as teacher.
 Teaching is perceived to be the best profession, when an opportunity appears, in
general, people would like to continue as teachers and there lies a lower chance to
change in the career.
 There lies a lower chance that people would change their profession . in this case
the men teachers likely to change their jobs than women. Though, it is perceived as
best and proud profession and people would like to continue their jobs as teachers
there found need for improvement in the teaching work environment.
 The destiny of India is now being shaped in her classroom
 The above lines prescribed, have geared up the importance of quality teachers and
quality teaching in India
 The teacher being a catalytic agent in the process of ducation, dispenses knowledge,
form timw schedules, select reading materials, plays the role of subject specialists
and helps pupils to overcome their difficulties and provides learning support.

Title : How the Impact of the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) Outbreak on Business Conditions:
Micro-Enterpreneur’s Point of View

1. Methodology
 The purpose of this study is to find out how the business conditions that occur
during the COVID-19 Pandemic are described from the perspective of micro-
enterpreneurs.
 The sampling technique in this study used purposive and snowball sampling
 The data collection instrument used virtual interviews with microenterpreneurs.
2. Result and Analysis
 Stenght ( Labour, Business Operations, And Product)
 Weakness (Management, labor, Use of Technology, Resource, Operational, Product,
an Long term strategy)
 Opportunity (Digital marketing, Restrictions on community activities, new business
style, and online sales)
 Threat (Customer, sales turnover, and uncertainty
3. Conclution
 This study set out to find out business conditions based on the perspective of
microenterpreneurs during the COVID-19 Pnademic.
 Even though the conditions of the social restriction impact the delay of goods from
suppliers that occur during this Pandemic, microenterpreneurs must find strategies
so that consumers remain satisfied with shopping
 Weakness can be covered or circumvented by taking advantage of existing strengths
and opportunities so that the threat does not occur to SMEs.
 Further studies are expected to contribute to developing a suitable business model
based on the SWOT analysis that has been carried out

1. Method
This study used a quantitative approach, the sampling technique used in this research is
puposive sampling. The criteria used in this study are millenial employees, with range of 25-
40 years. This tudy used 240 respondents from variuos industries. The questionnaire in this
study used an instrument that had been previously developed and tranlated into indonesian.
2. Result
Based on the result of statistical analysis, the perception of organizational support has a
positive and significant efect on the protean career. However, the result show that the
organizational commitment is seen as a predictor of a protean career not as a moderator
variable.

 Applies explanatory research, with descriptive and quantitative analysis
 Secondary data are utilized in the form of time series and variable data ranged from
2010Q, 2019Q.IV with Indonesia and Malaysia as the object of the reseacrh
 The data are sourced from the official wbsite of the bank of Indonesia published in
the Indonesia Economic and Financial Statistics per January 2021
 The analysis of descriptive statistics explains the influence of monetary variables
2. Conclusion
 In short and long term, the factor for the internasional balance of payment for
Indonesia and Malaysia is variable of the foreign exchange rate
 Maintaining the stability of foreign exchange rate for both countries is a must.

1. Research Analysis
This study uses quantitative and quantitative analysis. The result of observation studies were
analyzed quantitatively to get an overview of the current conditions of the handicraft sector
SMEs in the 4 research areas
2. Conclusion
 The product accept development model in this study can be used in determining
sustainnable innovation though the application of knowledge and technology,
exploiting science or knowledge about technology in the framework of technical or
non-technical innovation products so that tehy can help SMEs in the craft sector to
produce goods that are really needed. Market and costumer demand. This is
improtant so that SMEs in the craft sector can survive the current COVID-19
Pandemic.
 Always measyre product efficiency, it is hoped that the resulting product will never
disappoint both SMEs as producers and product buyers as consumers. With the
product innovation model in this research, it is hoped that the handicarft sector
SMEs can survive the COVID-19 Pandemic, and grow even better in the future.
