The Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) will be conducting public

consultations on the two (2) proposed Guidelines to be issued by the Authority, namely:

1. “REVISED STANDARD CHART OF ACCOUNTS FOR COOPERATIVES” and

2. “AMENDED PHILIPPINE FINANCIAL REPORTING FRAMEWORK FOR

COOPERATIVES”

The consultation aims to gather comments, suggestions and recommendations on

the draft memorandum circulars before finally submitting for approval to the CDA Board of
Directors.

In this regard, being an Accredited Cooperative External Auditor/s (CEA) of the

Authority, we would like to invite you to actively participate and share your valuable
comments, suggestions/recommendations, and/or inputs during the consultation.
