International students are advised to reserve their accommodation before coming to Malaysia as apartments and rooms in
residential colleges are extremely limited. The cost of on-campus accommodation can vary from RM300 – RM1500 per month.

Off-campus accommodation around the UPM campus is within the radius of 1km – 10km. There are various types of
accommodation which include flats, apartments, condominiums and terrace houses. The cost of off-campus accommodation can
