Business Analysis Self-Assessment Tool


This Self-Assessment consists of 30 questions in total that represent demonstrated performance of business analysis
competencies on the job. These are driven from the Business Analysis Competency Model v4.0 and Business Analysis
Standards of Practice and are broken into the six knowledge areas from the BABOK ® Guide v3. Each question consists
of five possible answers that are individually scored and weighted, e.g. a performance assessment point, based on a
minimum proficiency level rating scale, (e.g. 1-5 ).
