HOW TO STAY HEALTHY DURING COVID-19 PANDEMIC

Material :

1. Healthy foods
2. Supplement/vitamin

Step :

1. Make sure to always eat healthy food such as fruit and veggies

2. Avoid consuming processed snacks or junk food

3. Drink enough water – about 8 to 10 glasses a day

4. Conduct physical activities and exercise to keep your body fit and healthy
5. Consume daily supplement or vitamin to increase metabolism and immunity

6. Stay updated to the latest news of Covid-19 to keep your awareness

7. When you have to go outside, make sure to keep your distance with other people and avoid
crowded place

8. Get enough rest and don’t stay up too late
