Activity 11: Application

Instruction: Answer the following in your own observation and experience. Facilitate a group
conversation (recorded or screenshot) where these pieces of advice are shared. Your answer
must be brief and concise. The following will be the criteria for grading; accuracy and reliability
of the insights – 7, originality of answers – 8, and following of instruction – 5, a total of 20 points.
Not following the format will be given a maximum of 5 points.

QUESTIONS:
Think of a role model they look up to and ask themselves: If a young person or your
younger brother/sister/niece/nephews or cousins would ask a leadership model to you. How can
you explain to him/her the concept and how would they apply at their very young age.

Note: Those who are using LMS, must submit the output while those who are using the
ILG (offline), must compile their output in the Learning Portfolio to be submitted before giving
the next module

Activity 12: Survey

Instruction: Answer the following in your own observation and experience. Limit your words
in the space provided. Your answer must be brief and concise. The following will be the criteria
for grading; accuracy and reliability of the insights – 7, originality of answers – 8, and following
of instruction – 5, a total of 20 points. Not following the format will be given a maximum of 5
points.

QUESTIONS:
In this activity, participants take on three different employee persons in your
neighbourhood and list the positive and negative behaviors of those employees based from your
perception. Compare your list to your 5 classmates. Then collate the data you gathered by
classifying it, to see whether they have similarities and dissimilarities based from your survey.

Note: Used the answer sheets provided per term at the end and detach the sheet after
answering the activities, those who are using LMS, must submit the output while those who are
using the ILG (offline), must compile their output in the Learning Portfolio to be submitted before
giving the next module
