A. Preliminary Activities "

1. Prayer
 Before we proceed to our discussion,
let’s start the day by thanking God for (a student will lead the prayer)
all the blessing He gave us and ask Him

THANK YOU NOTE


 A thank-you note is a type of
correspondence in which the writer
expresses gratitude for a gift,
service, or opportunity.
 Personal thank-you notes are
customarily handwritten on cards.
Business-related thank-you notes are
usually typed on company
letterhead, but they, too, may be
handwritten.

Purpose of a Thank You Note


 The purpose of a thank you note is to
show your appreciation for a gift or
service that someone has provided for
you. If someone has done a favor for
you, it's nice to acknowledge with some
heartfelt written words.
 It's also nice to send a thank you note to
someone who goes beyond the call of
duty. These people often go unnoticed,
and they'll be pleasantly surprised to see
that someone noticed.

Thank you notes are frequently written for


the following occasions:

 Birthday gift
 Wedding gift
 Job interview
 Dinner party
 Overnight visit
 Funeral flowers, donation, or food
 Service or good deed
 Friendship
What are the parts of a note?
1. Heading- It is the part of the letter
where the date is indicate.
2. Greeting- It is courteous gesture and
shows respect to the receiver.

3. Body- It is the main and largest part of a


letter
4. Closing- It is a word or phrase used
before the signature to indicate farewell.
5. Signature- It is the part of the letter
we’re the sender of the letter will reveal.
