 Do you think Rescue Time feedback would motivate you better if you used it on your
own or with the data going to your supervisor? Why?

I think, Rescue Time feedback would surely motivate me better if I take it positively for my productivity
in task whether the data goes to the supervisor or not. Rescue Time is a monitoring tool that keeps track
of websites and applications your employees use during work. It is a lightweight work area application,
that tracks where you invest your energy. As the day continues, it rates your usefulness depending on
how long you're spending on productive tasks versus unproductive tasks. This feedback can help me in
knowing what are my strengths and weakness so I can improve myself by spending less time on social
media websites which distracts us all time from our work which results in wastage of time and no
productivity in work and personal development. If I use rescue time feedback so it can help me by doing
tasks with concentration and creatively and make the most productive use of my time and research
which can benefit me and others. It also helps me personally because by doing proper research my
knowledge will increase and can think of more creative ideas which can stand me out from the crowd.
