Cerebral palsy (CP) is a disorder of motor function that arises in early pregnancy and is characterized
by changes in muscle tone, muscle weakness, involuntary movements, ataxia or a combination of
disorders.
Objective: To know the rough motoric correlation with the quality of life of patients with CP.
Sample: CP patient in Polyclinic of RSUD Dr. Chasbullah Abdul Madjid Bekasi as many as 40 patients.
Motoric ratings based on Gross Motor Function Scale (GMFCS) and quality of life evaluation with CP-
QOL questionnaire.
Result:
There is no significant difference between Gross Motor Function Scale and quality of life evaluation.
Suggestion: Research needs larger sample, quality of life evaluation based on the child so that more
valid.

Factors that affect the Global Developmental Delayed in children such as: genetic, biological, physical,
psychosocial and social environment.
In golden period when handled properly of course can minimize the growth and developmental
disorders in children so that sequels can be prevented.
Method: cross sectional, 40 patients in child polyclinic RSUD DR CAM Kota Bekasi, with SPSS 24 and
Microsoft Excel 2010.
Conclusion:
The correlation was not significant between nutritional status, birthweight, parent’s income, parental
education of ANC and birth history with Global Developmental Delayed.
There is a correlation relationship between maternal gestation, parental stimulation and exclusive
breastfeeding with Global Developmental Delayed.
Suggestion: Stimulation, exclusive breastfeeding and maternal gestation are important in determining
Global Developmental Delayed. This research needs larger sample.
Introduction
KPSP and Denver II are vital developmental screening checks for children.
Method: Descriptive.
Result:
HIV is a problem for the whole ages includes children and adolescents. Cases on children and
adolescents under 15 years are reported to be between 2 and 2.6 million.
Result: The correlation between quality of life (p 0.143) and behavioral disorders and HIV (p: 0,195)
were not significant.

The perinatology service is a service for neonates that needs to be handled quickly and appropriately
so that the number of life expectancy increases and morbidity in the future can be reduced.
Result: There are 440 patients alive (77.06%) and 131 deaths (22,71%). Disease that cause death the
most is hyaline membrane disease as many as 57 people (9.98%)
Suggestion: The high rate of life expectancy on perinatology patients in RSUD Dr Chasbullah Abdul
Madjid is surely needs continuous monitoring and improving of social pediatric and neurological
development in order for a child to grow optimally.

PICU service is an intensive service for children who need fast and proper treatment to increase life
expectancy rate and decrease morbidity rate in the future.
Result: There are 228 patients alive (77,29%) and 67 people died (22,71%).
Most threatening diseases is bronchopneumonia that cause 31,19% (92 people) infected and 10,51%
(31 people) dies.
Suggestion:
The need for education of disease prevention of bronchopneumonia by immunization, hygiene and
sanitation awareness so as not to become the main disease in PICU.
High rate of life expectancy on PICU patients in RSUD Dr Chasbullah Abdul Madjid is surely needs
continous monitoring and improving of social pediatric and neurological development in order for a
child to grow optimally.
