The Ring Company has been separated.

The hobbits Frodo (Elijah

Wood) and Sam (Sean Astin) continue the way to the dark Mordor
to destroy the ring, while the man Aragorn (Viggo Mortensen),
the elf Legolas (Orlando Bloom) and the dwarf Gimli (John Rhys-
Davies ) Chase the uruk-hai created by the traitor mage Saruman
who take prisoners to the hobbits Merry (Dominic Monaghan) and
Pippin (Billy Boyd).

In their journey, each of these groups in which the Company has

spread will encounter new characters whose appearance will be
important for the development of its heroic mission. The war in
Middle-earth has already begun, and the battles that are about
to be fought will go to the annals of history.
