MasterFlex are aluminium flexible ducts of the

highest quality. They are extremely versatile and
flexible, suitable for all high and low velocity air
conditioning and ventilation systems. This high
quality products are manufactured by laminating
aluminium foil and two ply of polyester film over
a sturdy spring steel wire helix to give excellent
strength a nd flexibil ity.

There are both pre insulated and non insulated

forms, with sizes from 4 inches to 20 inches.
MasterFlex unlike other ducts that only have
a foil wrap over the fiberglass, pre insulated air
duct comprising of two concentric helical duct that
house the fiberlgass wool between them, making it
a superior a'nd sturdier product.

Easy lnstallation
Densities Available MasterFlex are easy to install in any place, be it a tight
(1"1 lblm2) 2'mm 16kg/m3 inconvenient place with awkward obstructions. lts
(t"t.slblmz) zsmm 2akglm3 flexibility allows it to align itself into smooth profiles
(t"ztblmz) 2smm 32kg/m3 and curves unlike rigid ducts that are connected
through a series of right angle turns.
lnsulation:
We use high quality glass wools
for the insulating of our ducts.
Fire Reta rda nt
MasterFlex are strong, durable and fire-resistant
with a flexibility of being compressed to 100/o of its
extended length.
