In the aforesaid case Writ Petition, several Orders have been passed by the Hon’ble High Court right
from 2018 onwards, the time was granted to the Counsel for Kesco on 20/12/2018 for Filing Counter
Affidavit within four weeks. The order dated 20/12/2018 reads as under “ “

The copy of Writ Petition was given to me on 27/10/2021. I have enquired about the matter and found
that no Counter Affidavit has been filed so far.

The Petitioner has challenged the order dated 25/10/2016 passed by the Consumer Redressal forum and
order dated 10/04/2018 passed by Vidyut Lokpal,......... for its quashing and has also prayed for refund
of amount Rs. 55,40,133 which has been deposited by him.

The status report obtained from the High Court does also not show any Counter is filed in this matter.
Considering the above facts immediate steps are required to be taken . The records with complete
narratives and supporting Documents in the case file contested by the deponent may be made available
for preparation.
