Monitoring and Monitoring Mechanics/Plan:

The monitoring personnel who are assigned to the duties and responsibilities, practice
manages events throughout the run to prevent, minimize or eliminate negative impact or the
possible conflict that may be happen once the event are on aired. That’s why those people who
are responsible in these tasks will focus on the systematic observation of the event, especially
those people who are in the technicality. Moreover for securing the flow of the event, there are
some processes and procedures that will be used to address with some changes if there are
some instances that the event will face some technical errors. The processes and procedure will
become a support for the possible uncertainties in the event.

 Identifying what component on the event should be monitored and establishing

monitoring strategy
 Then also creating and maintaining policies for how each detected technical error should
be handled

Furthermore for the evaluation mechanics/ plan, to better seek to understand and
measure the extent to which an event has succeeded in achieving its purpose. Also to know
whether the whole event becomes effective base on the participants’ feedback and perceptions.
Google survey form will be used for the assessment of the event. The responses of the
participants to this will be useful to for the improvement if there is another event again that will
be conduct. In this event proposal the possible questions that are included in the form are the
following:

 What are the information of the participant including the name, sex, and
course/program?
 How would you rate the overall event/ webinar experience?
 Would you recommend this event/ webinar to a colleague?
 How well-organized was the event?
 How useful was the information presented in this course?
 Did the event improve your skills?
 What are the participants level of satisfaction?
 Any other comments/ suggestion event?
