improved his confidence in performing these techniques and uses more appropriate force with
application of these techniques. Nick performs these interventions on all complexity patients with
minimal supervision.”

“Nick seeks out advice for alternative treatment methods or after independently identifying ineffective
techniques with simple complexity patients.”

“Nick is able to perform exams without cueing for selection, performance, and interpretation
independently for low to moderate complexity patients; cueing needed 25-50% of the time for high
complexity patients. He appropriately adjusts positioning of tests and measures based on patient
presentation and comorbidities with minimal cueing. He can continue to further improve upon efficiency
with flow of exam.”
