Meet the Teacher!

Dear Families,
Welcome to my classroom! My name is Miss Isabel Farrell,
and I will be your child(ren)’s teacher for this 2022-2023 school
year. I am beyond excited to work with your child(ren) and have a
lot in store for them this year!
Let me start off by telling you a little bit about myself both
personally and professionally. I am originally from the town of
Ridgefield Park in Bergen County, New Jersey and attended Mary
Help of Christians Academy High School. I recently graduated in
May from Monmouth University with a bachelor’s degree in
Interdisciplinary Elementary Education along with a certification in
Special Education. This is my first year as a professional teacher,
but I have been working with children since I was a teenager
through babysitting, summer camps, daycares, and field work. I love
to read, sing, color, watch movies, and spend time with my family
and friends!
I am strong believer in communication and would really
like to work closely together with you. You are more than
welcome to come talk with me before/after school,

communicating and keeping up with all of our classroom
tasks, reminders, and assignments,
This year, your child(ren) will learn vital information
that will help shape their minds as they continue through
their educational careers. They will advance within their
reading and writing skills, dive into lessons on the
different types of science (physical, earth, life, and
environmental), practice various mathematical skills, and
be able to develop their understanding of geography,
civics, economics, and history. I plan to take them on
multiple field trips, virtual and in-person, and incorporate
culturally relevant factors that the students will enjoy.
I am looking forward to an awesome school year with
