AFFIDAVIT OF UNDERTAKING

1. On __________, I filed a request for certified true copy of the

Corporation’s 2016 General Information Sheet (GIS) with the Securities and
Exchange Commission (SEC). The said certified true copy of the GIS shall be
released by the SEC on the last week of August 2016.

2. In compliance with the requirements of the Bureau of Immigration

as basis for the 9G Visa applications of the Corporation for its expatriate workers, I
undertake to submit the said certified true copy of the GIS immediately upon
receipt thereof from the SEC.

3. This Affidavit is executed to confirm the truth of the foregoing.
