lifestyle. We are going to talk about one of the most popular topics, how to get a better body and what
type of diet should I do?
For that reason, today we will have the help of the nutritionist carol Sanchez, Miss Jimena Velasquez
and miss fanny palacios, who will give us some recommendations to have a better lifestyle.

MISS. Fanny tell us how was your life before and how it changed when you began to have a healthier
life?
F: 2 years ago, I felt too stressed because I had to take many exams at school. I ate a lot of junk food and
sweet food because I felt anxious, also I didn’t do exercise. I had bad habits. For this reason, I decided to
follow the healthiest diet, I eliminated fried food. Now, I eat a healthier and tastier breakfast than
before, I ate cookies and drank coffee an now, I eat fruits and I drink orange juice. In the lunch, I don’t
eat rice and in the dinner, I drink green tea .it’s the most delicious drink .I changed my lifestyle, but I
would like more advices for have a healthier life.
Y: That is an amazing and touching story. Perhaps it is going to help other people that have the same
problems that you had in the past. Miss. Sanchez. Do you have some advices to Fanny to continue
having a good lifestyle?
C: Good afternoon to everyone, I am a nutritionist and my recommendations are to eat 5 or 6 meals a
day, Eat frequently will not be worse, because we consume more calories when we eat 3 meals a day
than when we eat 5 since, when we eat 3 meals ,we feel hungry and we eat more. Therefore, is better
to eat 5 or 6 times a day, but less food.
We must eliminate fried and salty food. I also, recommend you to do exercise like running, it is good to
take time in the day to go run.
Y: good advices. I am going to take notes. I have to eliminate some unhealthy habits like drinking soda.
Now let’s talk with Jimena, tell us how do you get in shape?
J: Well, good afternoon to everyone, today I am going to talk about how I do for have a good health.
Last year I had some problems with my nutrition, every day, I ate cookies, hamburgers, I drank a lot of
soda, in general junk food. In that way I gained weight. I felt so bad, so I decided to change my eating
habits. First, I started to eat fresh vegetables and fruits like pineapples, watermelons, oranges, apples,
bananas and I cut back on spicy food and dishes. I only ate them sometimes. They can be a little bit
unhealthy. In the mornings sometimes I ate omelette .it is the most delicious breakfast. I started to eat
two boiled eggs every day, at the same time I started to do exercise and yoga. Finally, I the most
important recommendation is to drink 2 liters of water every day, it helped me a lot.
C: Perfect, a good breakfast is very important to start the day well, you should eat a good breakfast it
increase your energy and you are going to have a lot of benefits. A healthy breakfast is for example a
whole grain bread with fruit or yogurt with granola or as Jimena says an omelette with vegetables
