legal force and stated the following:

I hereby declare the following to be true: to which I give greater legal force:

MARIA ROSALIA GUZMAN ALTAMIRANO; the subscriber with ID 41277684, address at Calle
Carolina 1069 de José Leonardo Ortiz - Province of Chiclayo, Department of Lambayeque; in
full enjoyment of my mental faculties I grant you Power of Attorney. That, I give to Mr. MARCO
POLO CALLIRGOS PZO, identified by ID 07544543, who in my name and representation will
travel to the city of Lima; and shall request, on behalf of the undersigned, the amount of $
70.000.00 AMERICAN DOLLARS, which shall will be delivered to JOSE LUIS RIVADENEZ
ARBAÑIL, a businessman of the “Arroz Gasparin” Mill, money that was delivered as a loan and
CALLIRGOS POZO the aforementioned was exclusively appointed to request this return and
sign the documents that the other side deem convenient.

At first, Mr. RIVADENEYRA ARBAÑIL shall provide the sum of 50,000.00 $USD and after 25 days
the sum of 20,000.00 $USD. And at the same time, the amount of S/. 7,000 NUEVOS SOLES will
be deducted since it was previously delivered. Upon delivery of said amounts, Mr. CALLIRGOS
POZO shall sign the corresponding documents.

For validity and in compliance of the aforementioned, I sign this document before the Public
Notary of this city for corresponding legal purposes.
