I
knew then that I wanted to pursue an IT field as my
career. I studied a 5-year course of Bachelor of
Science in Information and Communication
Technology at Rizal Technological University and
graduated last 2011. I certified in Microsoft Windows
Operating System Fundamentals and Microsoft
Certified Professional since 2014.
Thanks to my technical expertise, I have worked in
desktop support at a BPO company, a bank and an
IT-BPO company where I interfaced with other
people to keep computers and IT related systems
working in a secure environment.
What it takes:
• Demonstrable customer service/IT experience
• Proven skills supporting a highly distributed and mobile customer
environment
• Technical competence in MS Office and Windows 10 products
• Experience with Active Directory and Outlook
• Experience supporting smartphones and other handheld devices
• Capable of handling a challenging, real-time environment
• Excellent communications, interpersonal, and team-building skills
• Diploma/degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related
field, or equivalent in experience.
• ITIL training and related experience are good to have
• Microsoft certifications are definite assets
